Wheely Good Reviews is Tom West’s review site. You can reach Tom through the send form or on Instagram at @coachwheelz_.
Who looks after your information
The data controller for this site is UNight U.K. Ltd. UNight receives and holds the messages sent through the form on behalf of Wheely Good Reviews and decides how they are used, as set out on this page.

What gets collected
Only what you type into the send form: the place, the town, how it was, what happened and, if you choose to give it, your email address. Nothing else is collected when you visit the site.
Why it is used
So Tom can read your suggestion and decide where to go next. If you gave an email address, it is only used to reply to what you sent. The lawful basis is legitimate interests: you sent the message so that it would be read and acted on. It is used for nothing else.
Where it goes
Form messages are received by Netlify, the company that hosts this website, which acts as a processor for UNight. From there they are emailed to UNight, which holds them. The suggestion itself is passed on to Tom. Nothing is shared with anyone else or sold.
How long it is kept
Messages are deleted within 12 months, or sooner if you ask.
Cookies and tracking
There are no cookies, no analytics and no adverts. If you change the Access settings, your choices are saved in your own browser so they stick next time. That information never leaves your device.
Your rights
You can ask to see what you sent, have it corrected or have it deleted, or object to it being used. Email matthew@unightuk.co.uk and UNight will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
